Explore the revenue potential.

Your schools. Your students. Your assumptions.

Schools + homeschool families

Change the numbers. Watch revenue and the charts respond.

01 / Schools

200 students → Growth tier: $399/school/month.

02 / Homeschool

100 students ÷ 2 per family = 50 estimated paying families.

These inputs mean paying customers, not the total market. Homeschool students are separate from school students. No double-counting.

Change the growth assumptions

Illustrative defaults, not a forecast: +2 schools and +5 families each month, with 1% monthly churn. Change them to test your own expectations.

Adjust costs

Remainder excludes your pay, tax and unpaid labor. Include hosting, AI, processing and paid support in your cost assumptions without double-counting.

Formulas, plan limits & monthly projection table

Tier mode uses listed monthly prices: ≤50 students $99; ≤150 $199; ≤300 $399; above 300 $699. All schools have the same assumed size. Annual discounts and mixed school sizes are not modeled. Custom modes are hypothetical pricing, not existing plans.

School revenue = school count × tier price, custom school price, or (students per school × custom per-student price). Homeschool families = students ÷ students per family, rounded up for budgeting. Household revenue = estimated families × household price. Annual run rate = current monthly revenue × 12, not first-year revenue.

For each projected month: retained customers = previous month × (1 − monthly churn); then add new customers. New customers are billed for that whole month. School size and prices stay fixed. Fractional retained accounts represent expected values. No revenue guarantee, expansion revenue, annual discounts, or seasonal billing is assumed.
